Vegetable salad / Sprouts / Biscuits (Marie / Cream crackers) / a small fruit

Lunch 1.00 p.m. To 1.30 p.m.


Rice 2 cups (or) raw weight 50g (or) chappathi 3 nos.

Sambar / Kootu / Curry / Dhal - Vegetables green salad

Curd 1 cup, Whole grams - 1/2 cup (Bengal gram, Green gram etc.,)

3.30 p.m. To 4.00 p.m.

Coffee / Tea / Milk 1 cup (without sugar)

Any dhal preparation / sundal 1 cup

Rice flakes 1/2 cup / puffed rice 1 cup

5.00 p.m. To 6.00 p.m.

Tomato juice / Soup / Lime soda (200 ml)

Dinner 8.00 p.m. To 8.30 p.m.
